Been using these guys for 18 months now and I’m very pleased with their service.
I have a reseller hosting account which is cheap compared to some others but is very reliable. I don’t recall a single problem – which is surprising really considering how other companies struggle so much?
All in all a 10/10 from me.

Cheap reseller package and UK telephone support – which is quite rare these days! Never had a problem.

Their reliability has been poor and patching has caused me problems.

The final problem was them not renewing a domain name after I paid them. I have now lost the domain and all the work I did. They squirm and play blame games instead of admitting errors on their part which has been very frustrating.

Avoid if you are hosting anything important
