I have a couple of linux servers with Vialtus, which I believe is part of the group. Whilst the actual technicians and engineers seem timely, capable and willing to help, the front line support team is abysmal and my account manager doesn't seem interested. They can never find my details when I call, I get passed from pillar to post and spend hours in a black hole. Once my requests reach an engineer they are actioned swiftly though. Also, had a LOT of downtime due to overheating in one of their datacentres!
Summary: Not great

Very poor service overall.
I signed up initially because they seemed to be very cheap but because they were part of a bigger group I thought they would be OK?
I experienced quite a few instances of downtime and customer support by email was virtually non-existent.
Phoning for support was unpleasant - I found their staff patronising and sarcastic and often gave contradictory advice.
On one occasion my site was down for an entire weekend and I never got an explanation.
Conclusion - In my opinion, one to avoid!
