I’ve had a reseller package for a couple of years now. I cannot fault either their hosting or support! Over the past ten years I’ve probably tried more than a dozen different hosts and no-one has come close to matching Eukhost. Their 24hrs online support is a great feature to have and has been a godsend on the occasions where I’ve needed a little advice.

Value for Money – Amongst the cheapest around
Performance – As far as I can tell 100% uptime, quick loading & no site problems
Customer Support – Exceptional
Features – I don’t use any really technical features but I’ve always had everything I’ve needed.

If I could rate Eukhost 6 stars then I would!

Ive been on the reseller package for about a year now and overall pretty good

Their live support isn’t the best i i think its outsourced to cheap labour and they struggle with english but on the whole i would recommend them

Been on the reseller package but have found from time to time that some of my sites are down without any warning. Customer service tends to be a bit hit and miss although I would say that this is a very cheap service with Fantastico installed and a pretty easy to use interface. If you are looking for 100% uptime, probably best to consider another provider.

Recently cancelled my Eukhost account as their were times when all my sites were down and no reasonable explanation was given – this didn’t happen just once, I counted about 5 times within 2 months this happened. If you’re going to use this company I would recommend a free uptime monitor that emails you when your sites are down. Then again it is cheap hosting so you get what you pay for I guess. Have since moved to nethosted.co.uk which are very very good!

Over the past 3 years we have had nothing but problem with EUK host. They use fake english names and consist of only 4 support members which are rotated. They have messed up the settings on our servers and have caused problems everytime we have asked them to do something. I have never been so appauled and disapointed by any company !! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSING MONEY AND BUSINESS !!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Loss of data, misleading information, the list goes on and on. Just as an example kindly visit EUK forum and try to register, you cannot as they won’t allow negative posts which they got when they allowed people to use it ! You can try to sign up under any name ie, janfgdhj and it will say username in use and naturally all the glowing reports are equally faked. Once again avoid like the plague, I have recently lost site data due to a server migration which they didn’t bother to tell me about until all sites went down. The result of their poor service has cost me and I am doing all I can to move the 100′s of domains away so I never have to deal with them again !! I will also be posting the 100′s of transcripts where they have admited the continual problems, then you can see for yourselves what you are getting into when signing up with this company.

When I first started out hosting websites I used eUkHost and all I could say is they were fantastic. Quick setup, excellent customer support.

After 2 years my website grew and I looked for better ways to host my site. I moved from eukhost and went to another company. The service was nothing like I was used to. Slow setup poor servers! So I got onto the internet spoke to the guys at Eukhost and they set me up within an hour or so on a reseller package. Which in my opinion was fantastic!

Now today I am migrating from linux to windows. Again contacted eukhost, they were polite, quick to act and have got the job done.

I would seriously recommend the company, from experience you will not receive the same quality of service anywhere else.

We have had a dedicated server with eUkHost for over 3 years. We have been very happy with the support we have received. The front line support is responsive and the back office support (senior technicians) are very good. We have had very few issues with the service. We do not have any technicians in our team so the backup that eUKHost provide is a great help to suppliment our knowledge when we get stuck (getting less frequent recently!.

We are using windows dedicated server with eUkHost for a long time, we had started with VPS hosting from eUk. Now we are hosting more then 30 websites on the dedicated server all websites are working fine as well as there performance in search engines are also good.

We would like to say there performance is very good and customer support is excellent. In the beginning I was not much aware about hosting and servers, at that time eUk Support not only helped us but they also teach us how to do all the jobs. So I am a big fan of there support services.

Eukhost offer a great value for money service. You can always pay through the nose for the likes of Rackspace hosting, but for a company offering an excellent compromise between great value for money and a good service level, Eukhost is without doubt one of the best we’ve tried. And we’ve tried a lot!

Website hosting can always present unexpected problems, and a hosting company can be judged by its level of attention to, and speed of resolution of, these problems. We have always found the Eukhost staff very keen and dedicated to resolving any issues we have had, and in the shark-infested waters of web hosting companies (there are some terrible ones out there), we think Eukhost is one of the best good value companies out there.

EUKHOST – ISP Review

Beware this ISP company – in fact don’t use them at all

We have 3 servers with them . A Windows dedicated server in the USA, a Windows dedicated server in the UK and a Linux dedicated server.

The EUKHOST Windows UK server acts as a database server for the sites on all the other servers.

We had the Unix server on the same rack, behind the same switch, as the database server to get a faster connection using a local network IP address.

Ended up with loads of “timeouts” the Unix box continually failed to connect to the database server – even though it was only one hop away.

What a joke EUKHOST is – they even started to ignore emails and deadlines for fixing the problem

I guess they have never heard of network monitoring.

Also be aware they do not protect EUKHOST dedicated IP’s.

If they give you a dedicated IP some clown at another registrar can point his site A records at your IP address. That’s after they hack your htacess to divert all your traffic to their sites

EUKHOST knew of the issue in February – as it’s on their forums .

Action taken by EUKHOSTS – nothing – so we had exactly the same problem in March ! Discovered it in April as the hacked htaccess file was hacked incorrectly.

We asked for a new dedicated IP address – guess what they gave us the same one again ! Another day getting a proper new set. Result: hours and hours of site downtime.

How much has all this cost us ? thousands of pounds in lost revenue, thousands of potential customers, hundreds of Google positions lost, hundreds of hours of management and tech team time, loads of site and page unreachable errors on Google Webmaster tools.

Now you may be thinking, ahh bad coding, nope, when we had the site on a Unix box with another ISP in Germany – no problems connecting to the EUKHOST database server then.

The final straw was when they said the MD will call me in the morning – guess what he didn’t
