Been with them for nearly 10 years and always recommended them. Must have got them at least 50 domains through my referrals. They won't be getting any more.

A small glitch appeared in their control panel this month which prevented the use of the underscore char in DNS labels. Not a big problem, everyone has a glitch from time to time you just get on and fix it. Not these guys - I've been on to them for two weeks over it and all I'm getting back is that they do work. They don't - I've tried multiple accounts, multiple domains, multiple browsers on multiple OSes, had friends try... no joy. They used to work but no longer do. Support just imply that I'm making it up and talk to me as if I'm a child.

When tech support can't be bothered checking if your problem is real but instead just lie and say everything works you know what kind of company you're dealing with.

They pride themselves that their support is all based in London instead of offshore but at least offshore support tend to actually look into if what you're saying is happening instead of just denying it. I also can't think of a single call centre that would completely ignore my request for the incident to be passed to someone else.

Terrible support with a bad attitude thinly sugar-coated by their mandatory 'Thankyou for emailing Easily' replies. Avoid.

My site has now been hacked three times. The first you know is that the service is suspended once the hacker has uploaded their pages, and exhausted your web space. Of course this means you cannot access the server to see what is going on, delete the offending files, and change your password, etc. Easily provide no help, and merely expect you to pay for more space for some other to use.

I've been with Easily for more than 2 years now, ans I could see the evolution of their services.
I run a blog with Wordpress on their Linux package, it respond very quickly, mever had any issue and the best is that I've been upgraded to their new packages automaticaly without any extra charge. I had a look at the competition to see if there was a trick, but not at all, it seems they are just improving their services and from waht I can see their hsoting is now amongst the cheapest one in the UK. the support is based in London which tend to reinsure me, so far they have been very helpful..I'm recommending Easily.co.uk to all my friends
