A small glitch appeared in their control panel this month which prevented the use of the underscore char in DNS labels. Not a big problem, everyone has a glitch from time to time you just get on and fix it. Not these guys – I’ve been on to them for two weeks over it and all I’m getting back is that they do work. They don’t – I’ve tried multiple accounts, multiple domains, multiple browsers on multiple OSes, had friends try… no joy. They used to work but no longer do. Support just imply that I’m making it up and talk to me as if I’m a child.

When tech support can’t be bothered checking if your problem is real but instead just lie and say everything works you know what kind of company you’re dealing with.

They pride themselves that their support is all based in London instead of offshore but at least offshore support tend to actually look into if what you’re saying is happening instead of just denying it. I also can’t think of a single call centre that would completely ignore my request for the incident to be passed to someone else.

Terrible support with a bad attitude thinly sugar-coated by their mandatory ‘Thankyou for emailing Easily’ replies. Avoid.
